HANDMADE LUXURY PRODUCTS

Our products are made by hand with the highest standards and the raw materials are selected with care to ensure an optimal experience. Each candle requires 3 days of precise work, to create the perfect blend between the specific fragrances, wax and wick.

FOR BEST CANDLE USE

When using the candle for the first time, leave it to burn for 2 or 3 hours, until all the wax has become liquid on the surface. This will prevent the wax from becoming hollow later on or forming a well around the wick.

Never leave a lit candle unattended and never let it burn for more than four hours at a time. Do not move your candle when lit or when the wax is still liquid.
Keep your lit candle on a flat, heat resistant surface and out of reach of children, pets and draught

To extinguish the candle, it is recommended you use a lid or snuffer to avoid smoke and any splashing of liquid wax.

Taking care of the wick

To extinguish your candle flame, you can use a snuffer, which is a bell-shaped tool that starves the flame of oxygen until it is put out without leaving debris in your melt pool.

Be sure to keep the wick in the center of the wax after each use to ensure an even burn of the wax. Use a wick dipper to straighten the wick if needed. This will also ensure the glass does not overheat.

When cooled down, cut the wick with a wick trimmer to 5 mm, to prevent an uneven flame and the wick falling into the wax, rendering the candle unusable.

Recycling your candle

A candle is finished, when only 5 mm of wax remains or the metal wick sustainer becomes visible. Let the wax cool down and scrape it away with the wick. With some warm soapy water, the wax residues will disappear.

This is when the second life of the candle begins: the glass containers can be kept and used as you see fit, as flower vase, brush or pencil pots, tealight holders, etc.
