UK shipping

We have a range of shipping options available to best suit your needs :

  • Second class (no tracking/signature) : 2-3 working days for £2.85 per order

  • Signed second class : 2-3 working days for £3.95 per order

  • Standard tracked : 2 working days for £4.35 per order

  • Express tracked : next working day for £5.45 per order

We offer free Royal Mail Standard Tracked (in 2 working days) delivery service for all UK postcodes, for purchases over 75£ with the code FREESHIPPING on check out.

International shipping

We offer international shipping without tracking (in 4-5 working days) for £5.15 per order or with tracking (in 3-4 working days) for £8.90 per order.

If you would like to order items to a destination not covered in our standard shipping methods, please get in contact with us at info@houseofelieuk.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

Please note that all shipments outside of the UK may be subject to import duty/tax/VAT.

Additional charges must be paid by the receiver and we will not be held responsible for these payments. Please take this into consideration if you are sending your purchase to anywhere outside of the UK. We advise you to check your country's national guidance for estimated import duty/tax/VAT rates before purchasing.

Returns or refunds

Please email us at info@houseofelieuk.com for any refund or return enquiries within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Items with a reported defect deemed to be as a result of misuse of the product will not be classed as faulty.

Once a return/refund of item has been agreed, all products must be securely packaged when returning and will only be refunded if in a re-sellable condition. Items returned to us that arrive damaged will not be credited as we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit.

We advise that you return items via registered mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case the item is lost. Customers are responsible for return postage unless otherwise stated agreed.

We will let you know once we have received and inspected your item/s and then let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be made to your original payment method within 10 working days.
